The regular meeting of the UMM is on the second Tuesday evening of each month in the Fellowship Hall Room 125. It begins at 5:30 p.m. with fellowship by dinner and a program at 6:00 p.m. All men of the church are invited to attend.
The UMM have several money making events throughout the year with the largest being the Boston Butt BBQ. Monies raised from all of their events are used locally to help support children and the needy in Fannin County. The men also support the foreign mission efforts of our own members Ray and Cathy Ake. In addition, the UMM are available to help out with yard work, home repairs, and to build handicap ramps when needed. Contact Walt Austin for more information. All are invited to a church wide prayer breakfasts sponsored by the UMM (United Methodist Men) this on the last Sunday of each month at 8:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Breakfast will be served with devotional and prayer time to follow. There is no charge for this gathering but donations are appreciated. Please plan on attending our special fellowship time together.
